Alix’s organic charisma allows for an easy connection with his peers, the public and all moving parts of his professional career. Gravitating toward Multifamily and Industrial real estate early on, Alix has proven to handle large transactions, while representing both Buyers and Sellers. As a Quad Cities native, Alix has garnered tremendous community support, and utilizes his role effectively, to grow his business network. He and his wife, Hannah, live in Davenport with his son, AJ, and their dogs, Hank and Logan.
