David is a 45 Year experienced Commercial Broker. l offer expertise in corporate real estate services, retail real estate services, industrial real estate services, office real estate services, and investment real estate services and brokerage. Through my affiliation with the Illinois Association of Realtors®, The Iowa Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®, I can offer commercial real estate services in all of Iowa and Illinois markets. These services include multi-site acquisitions and dispositions, sublease, tenant representation, investment services, due diligence and related counseling and advisory services.
