Biography

Jim is a problem solver and is passionate about helping his clients maximize the return on their investment in real estate. Earning his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation in 2005, Jim went on to serve as the Iowa CCIM Chapter President in 2013 and was the Region 5 Vice President for the CCIM Institute in 2018. He is currently the 2026 Treasurer of the CCIM Institute. Jim is also currently President of the Bettendorf Development Corporation, a local non-profit assisting Bettendorf with economic development. Jim is an experienced broker, investor, developer, and property manager, and can help with all of your commercial real estate needs. Jim and his wife Stephanie have been married since 1992 and have two children.
