Biography
Marge Stratton is a senior commercial real estate advisor with more than 30 years of experience guiding owners, occupiers, and investors through complex real estate decisions. She specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties, with a practice built on Experience • Knowledge • Trust.
Throughout her career, Marge has represented Fortune 500 companies as well as local and regional landlords and tenants, advising clients across the Quad Cities and surrounding Midwest markets. Her boutique approach allows her to work closely with a select group of clients, providing thoughtful analysis, clear communication, and customized strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives.
Known for her attention to detail and proactive mindset, Marge is frequently engaged early in the decision-making process, where her market insight and planning-oriented approach add the greatest value. In addition to brokerage services, she has extensive experience working alongside property management teams and has taken a leadership role in the oversight of more than 500,000 square feet of office and retail space.
Marge has also guided clients through build-to-suit and ground-up development projects, from site assembly and architectural coordination to contractor selection and lender engagement. Her ability to bridge strategy and execution helps clients manage risk and make confident, well-informed decisions.
A member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since 1995, Marge has served on both local and national committees and is a past President of her local SIOR chapter. She is a lifelong resident of the Quad Cities and remains actively involved in the community through civic, professional, and nonprofit leadership, including long-standing service as a Junior Achievement volunteer.
